I've had this agency several times, and I haven't ever been happy with the people they send. This agency sent me caregivers that were unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I wish SYNERGY HomeCare trained their caregivers on how transfer clients better. I had a medical episode that I blacked out and my heart stopped beating. The caregiver who was here had enough training and knowledge to know what to do. First, she got my heart beating again with chest compressions and then called 911, and I got to take a trip to the hospital and get checked out. Since I'm a quadriplegic, I rely on them to cook, clean, drive me to appointments, and with personal hygiene. They were able to make sure she got to bed and had water.

SYNERGY HomeCare has been very helpful. I am able to take a break from my dad when he goes to his doctor's appointments. SYNERGY HomeCare is great because they are patient, understanding, and good with scheduling. My mother is hard to take care of, but we found a good caregiver. I have a different nurse everyday, but they do seem to be capable. They need to have the ladies better trained and to give the right info when they suggest someone.
She was very flexible and good at what she provided. They could have improved the communication with the family. The client doesn't fall and stuff when they are there.
